How we use your information

When you request a call, we collect your phone number, any optional name and property location, and the roof details you choose to share. We use these to respond, assess your request and prepare the next step.

Requests are stored on our hosting infrastructure and delivered to our team through configured email and Telegram notifications. Do not submit payment information or sensitive personal documents here.

We measure page visits, form and quiz starts, project views and successful requests to understand how the website works. These measurements use a random session identifier and do not include the phone number or name entered in a form. Active time measures time while the page is visible, rather than a guarantee of attention.

The optional map loads map tiles from OpenStreetMap. Choosing a pin shares that property location with us when you submit a request. We do not require your device’s current location.
